Stopped by on a Wednesday night before dinner. Great views and my wife loved the espresso martini! Our waitress Marie was wonderful! Very personable and positive. She made the experience memorable!

I hosted my book club here, and both the venue & team were fantastic! They were so accommodating with our large party and the service was fantastic. The rooftop was truly the perfect background for our book discussions!

Cocktail menu was interesting, indoor bar area was pretty! We sat outside on the rooftop overlooking the city (rooftop bar was not open even though almost every table was full outside).

De at the hostess stand is such a warm welcome to this adorable cocktail lounge! We ordered the fries (seasoned perfectly and deliciously crispy) and dessert (some sort of French berry pastry baked in a tiny cast iron, OMG HEAVENLY) to nibble on with our drinks and they were both phenomenal!!! “Lovely Marie from Tennessee” who took care of us was extremely hospitable and attentive, she was such a pleasure to be around. The views from Bar Genevieve are beautiful, we went at golden hour and the whole space lights up with warm sunlight. The ambiance and staff are what truly make this place special, it is a gem in Nulu!

I can’t say enough good things about Bar Genevieve and the staff that took care of my wife and myself. The bartenders are top notch mixologists and Kelsey was the best server in town. Kelsey made us feel like we were her favorite customers ever, which was very nice for just staying there one night. I look forward to staying at Hotel Genevieve again very soon. Cheers!

Amazing Wedding Shower Venue!! I am so grateful to the Staff at Bar Genevieve and most importantly to the Sales Director, Samantha Taylor, for organizing the most wonderful wedding shower for my daughter and her fiancé. This venue is perfect for a shower of any kind!!! The space is beautiful, open and airy with perfect flow from the bar to the semi-private room, to the balcony. The food (brunch and bubbly!) was amazing, I mean my guests talked about how good the scrambled eggs were- when does that happen??!! Samantha also coordinated a private bourbon tasting for our (~30) guests with the Frazier Bourbon Museum-hosted by “Sippin with Stephen”- it was fantastic! My guests have all reached out to say what a great time they had, and my daughter was beaming and so happy that the event was such a success. Thank you, thank you, thank you Samantha Taylor and Bar Genevieve staff- you are wonderful!!!! Bae’s bakery provided a beautiful and delicious cake with huge chewy cookies that were just a perfect sweet ending to the brunch! Ballou Designs set up the most lavish and gorgeous balloon arch for dozens of group photos-highly recommend!!!

Bar Genevieve in Louisville offers a charming, intimate setting with a thoughtfully curated cocktail menu. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxed evening out. This is such a fun place a date night! Very awesome view of Louisville, which is great at night with all the lights. The bar has lots of options even if you don't drink. Very unique choices as well. The patio area is nice with an outdoor bar (which was closed when we were there so not sure when it's available). There is great seating and a cozy fireplace too. Super fun place to hang out for a bit!

Really cool bar on top of Hotel Genevieve, but the standout aspect was the staff behind the bar. I recently spent a really fun evening with Theresa and Josie who were both knowledgeable and engaging. A great bar has four things, IMO: a good atmosphere, quality spirits, a creative menu and, most importantly, a charismatic bartender who knows their stuff. A+ on all counts!

Stunning rooftop bar with a cozy, moody ambiance. Perfect for a GNO or date night. There’s both outdoor and indoor seating with a variety of table sizes for any group. Cocktail menu is small but mighty with fun drinks that span palettes. We were able to walk in on a Saturday night and secure an indoor table for 6 with no problem. The staff are also super friendly and fun which adds to the overall experience.
